It’s no coincidence that Microsoft Word is the most widely used word processor on the market today. Anyone can create a variety of documents using Microsoft Word, including letters, reports, resumes, certificates, invitations, and many other types of documents. To begin, open Microsoft Word and create a new document by pressing the keys Ctrl + N.

When you want to change the paper size to long bond paper, enter the following measurements in centimeters (cm):
Width: 21.59 centimetres
Height: 33.02 centimetres
You can also specify the paper size in inches by entering the following information:
8.5 inches in width
13 inches in height
If the default paper size is letter size, you won’t need to change the width because the width will remain the same regardless of the paper size (21.59 cm). All that needs to be changed is the height to 33.02 cm or 13 in.
It will be changed to “Custom size” after you have entered your own custom width and height measurements.
As an alternative, you can click the Set As Default button to set the long bond paper size as the default paper size for your computer. Every new Word document that you create will be formatted for long bond paper, as a result of this setting.
If you don’t set it as the default, only the current document’s size will be altered, and you will have to adjust the paper size dimensions again when you create a new Word document after that. If you work with long bond paper on a regular basis, it’s best to make it the default paper size rather than changing it. In any case, changing the font size to letter size is a simple matter of a few mouse clicks.
Finally, click OK to have your changes take effect. Your Microsoft Word document has been resized to fit on long bond paper.
